For meivocis's birthday this year, I got her Gold Tickets for Top Gear Live. On the one condition that she took me along, otherwise I'd cry. The tickets included a good seat for the 75-minute live performance by Clarkson, Hammond, May, The Stig and a shit load of cool cars, entrance to the MPH Prestige & Performance car show, free drinks, and a Paddock Tour of the cars used in the show.

In short: Saturday was fucking awesome. I felt giddy all day, and I've not had that kind of a buzz for a while. And on top of all that, I tested my camera out properly and fell a little bit in love with my Canon. I took around 800 photos so I've sorted the best ones out.

I witnesssed Jeremy Clarkson, James May, Richard Hammond, The Stig, the cool wall, a challenge, James actually winning something, the boys racing Reliant Robins (and falling over), lots of things on fire and a stunning lineup of orgasmic carporn including a Zonda, a Veyron, an Aston Martin DBS (spike66: it was heavenly) and a Gallardo *dribbles*.

Some day in the near future I may stop grinning like a loon, but not just yet XD Next year I'm getting Platinum Tickets and I may well combust.
